va-Q-pur
va-Q-pur is a microporous insulation based on a 100 % open-cell polyurethane foam, which is exclusively provided
to va-Q-tec. In general va-Q-pur is produced in rectangular shapes by our innovative va-Q-seam technique but
various shapes are possible on request. Because of the low weight core material, va-Q-pur elements are mainly
used for applications in containers but also in water boilers, refrigerators etc. va-Q-pur can be used in combination
with conventional polyurethane systems, as the higher temperature in the lathering process does not lead to a
degradation of the thermal and mechanical properties of the panels. Hereby the huge deformation resistance and
quality of the surface are the crucial points.
