Change in the management of va-Q-tec Thermal Solutions GmbH: Dr. Joachim Kuhn hands over the CEO position to Julian Ehlert as of April 1, 2025
va-Q-tec Thermal Solutions GmbH, a leading manufacturer of vacuum insulation panels (VIPs) and supplier of thermal transport packaging, announces an important change in the company’s management. Dr. Joachim Kuhn, founder and long-standing CEO of the company, will transfer his operational role as CEO and thus initiate the change in top management. Julian Ehlert, an expert with many years of experience the consulting sector and a broad industry perspective, who has already become very familiar with the company in 2023/2024 and its key strategic partner Envirotainer in his previous roles, will be appointed as the new CEO on April 1, 2025.
After a joint induction and transition phase, Dr. Joachim Kuhn will withdraw from day-to-day operations, but will remain with the company in an important strategic and supportive role on the Advisory Board.
