va-Q-plus is the most advanced vacuum insulation panel. va-Q-plus is produced with a new production technique, therefore it is possible to make various shapes and complex panels (Cylinder shape, panel with holes etc.). va-Q-plus has the lowest thermal conductivity of all core materials with a long lifetime. The core of va-Q-plus comprises inorganic oxides, up to 80 % being fumed silica and the rest IR opacifiers and a small amount of organic fibres. The core material is noncombustible, it is sealed in a high gas barrier film under vacuum. For va-Q-plus application a series production is required. | ![]() |
